It’s a fact: dogs who spend time interacting, exercising, and playing with other dogs and people lead happy and healthy lives. Our Playgroup Program aims to develop your dog’s well-being and confidence by reinforcing calm, appropriate play behaviors in a safe environment. To do this, we transport your dogs to one of our (fenced-in) facilities (located on privately-owned farm land) where they engage in a supervised, controlled, and off-leash play session. Playgroup can also help improve your dog’s routine, prevent destructive behavior at home, prepare your dog for boarding or away-from-home situations, and, of course, alleviate dog-mom and dog-dad guilt.
At your dog’s initial evaluative play session, our Playgroup Supervisors will observe his/her play style, energy level, and personality to ensure he/she is placed in a group with the perfect pooch pals.
Our main objectives are to help your dog socialize, exercise, and, paws crossed, meet his/her BFFF (best furry friend forever)!
Does the thought of leaving your dog in a kennel give you (and/or your pup) anxiety? Do you wish that he/she could get the quality home care you give on a daily basis while you’re away? Doggy Dates aims to offer just that—a home away from home for your fur baby.
Our Overnight Providers are qualified professionals that will give your pup the quality time and attention he/she needs while you’re off doing obligatory human things!
*DD overnights are reserved for regular customers only!
Perfect Puppy Socialization
According to the AKC, during your puppy’s first three months of life he will experience a socialization period that will permanently shape his future personality and how he will react to his environment as an adult dog. Gently exposing him to a wide variety of people, places, and situations now makes a huge, permanent difference in his temperament.

“Elizabeth and her team at Doggy Dates are amazing. They are prompt, professional, friendly, trustworthy and love dogs. They treat my dog like their own. Our dog, Finnegan, waits by the door on his doggy date mornings and gets so excited when he is picked up. He comes home happy and tired. He has always been a bit nervous in cars but the team at doggy dates makes sure that …”
